💭🙏 In a world that rarely slows down, this workshop offers a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect. Combining meditation, reflection and discussion, Ben will invite you to look inwards and guide you through ways to cultivate greater calm, clarity, and balance in everyday life — whether you're completely new to meditation or already have an established practice.
🧘♂️ Ben brings a unique perspective, combining years of meditation experience with a background in elite endurance sport, helping bridge ancient wisdom with modern life.

✨ CALLING ALL AGES & ALL GENDERS ✨
To celebrate *50 incredible years of Navnat Vanik Bhagini Samaj*, NNG are creating a very special dance performance that tells an empowering story about women coming together, taking control, and recognising the importance of spaces and events created *for women, by women*. 💜
We’re looking for a diverse group of people to join this special journey and performance celebration.
We are specifically looking for people to take part in:
👩👧 A parent & children dance
✨ A modern dance performance
💃 No dance experience needed
🌟 All ages and genders welcome
🤝 A chance to be part of something meaningful, creative, and inspiring
📍 Rehearsals will take place on Zoom throughout June, with 2 in-person rehearsals closer to the event (tentatively 13th & 20th June for a couple of hours)
🎭 *Performance date: Saturday 27th June at Navnat Centre*
