To all the community, in person, around the town and beyond for supporting us in celebrating the Windrush Generation and it's descendants.

This year's 7th annual civic Windrush flag raising celebration took place on the 20th of June at the Luton Town Hall steps ahead of national wind rush day which is the 22nd of June each year.
We were joined by some incredible speakers, performers and representatives of the community, who took time out of their lives to come together in observation and acknowledgement of the huge and at times immeasurable contribution that those who came to this country have made and those who have descended from them.
