Luton Community First Responders

A busy day with multiple cardiac arrests in Luton. If your company has a defibrillator, please ensure that you register it on The Circuit so that the ambulance service can direct you to your nearest one. Defibrillators ideally need to be attached to the patient within 5 minutes along with bystander CPR to give them the best chance of survival.....every second counts!!!

The Circuit - the national defibrillator network The Circuit maps defibrillators across the UK. It ensures that emergency service can find the nearest public defibrillator if someone is in cardiac arrest.

Today, I was really pleased to receive a cheque for £500 presented by Rona on behalf of The Inner Wheel Club of North Luton. We have been chosen as one of their charities that they are working hard to support this year. On behalf of Luton Community First Responders, I would like to thank them all for their efforts, they are a wonderful group that do so much for our community. Their donations will contribute towards kitting out our team, so that we can also support our community and save lives.
