We've now Completed on Third Avenue!

As always I have to thank all agents and solicitors involved along with both parties that worked together to get everyone moved for the New Year.

Once you exchange, you still have to wait for that final call from the solicitors to tell you it is time to collect the keys and that is when everyone can take a big sigh of relief in unison!
