Does anyone have a waste/rubbish removal man and van phone number I can give to my nice neighbour please? Preferably someone who works in/around Luton please :)

Does anyone have or know of a cheap small workshop space for rent? Preferably in Bedfordshire but would consider all options :)

On the look out for a new chapter in my life :)
I've been making my own concrete and resin moulds at home for a some time, but, I have very little space to make enough of them to supply certain buyers, mainly shops/garden centres and florists.
Now I need more space so I can go full time with it all but I have no workshop space so I'm wondering if anyone can help?
As I don't have the finance to rent commercially, I'm wondering if
there's someone that has workshop space I can use?
I'd really like a working partner that has a workshop or space we can turn into a workshop.
I've asked around locally but not much joy so...
If you or someone you know would be interested in this, I would really appreciate talking to you/them about it. Or if you have some space I can use temporarily, please let me know.
I'm also willing to relocate if finding workshops space comes with or is available with a new home, hopefully within range of many shops, garden centres or florists, or anywhere I can sell my crafts :)
