🏡 HMO Conversion Progress Update 🏡

Our HMO conversion is progressing well, though recent bad weather has caused some delays. It’s important to acknowledge that unforeseen factors like poor weather can impact timelines and project progress. Communicating this proactively with clients helps to manage expectations and avoid unnecessary surprises.

We take pride in maintaining a transparent ethos and fostering clear communication between contractors and clients throughout every project phase.

This week, after patiently waiting for a dry day, we finally erected the frame for our rear timber frame extension ☑️.

Additionally, our window fitters are making excellent progress, replacing 11 windows that fully meet all ventilation requirements ☑️.

Our HMO conversion is progressing brilliantly and is a full week ahead of schedule 📈

First-fix electrics and plumbing: Completed ✔️

Plastering: Nearly finished ✔️

Second-fix electrics and plumbing: Set to start Monday ✔️

Carpenter and decorator: Prepped and ready to begin ✔️

Rear extension footings: Excavated, approved by building control, and filled ✔️

At TRIL, we thrive on challenges. With the goal of having this conversion tenanted by the new year, things are looking very promising! 🤝

🏡 Our stunning countryside project is progressing nicely. There have been a few delays as our client requested some structural changes, which we’re more than happy to accommodate. Our priority is ensuring our clients feel confident and completely satisfied as we work to create their forever home 🏠

🚀 Three weeks in and we have everything totally ripped out, all stud work up to form 4x en-suite bathrooms, and we now have the electrician and plumber onsite installing their first fix works 🚀

🏗️ Structural Steel Day 🏗️

Today we took delivery and installed a structural steel beam spanning over 4m and nearly half a ton in weight ⚠️

In just one morning, we got it off the truck, through the house, straight on the genie lifts and in place ☑️

Sounds easy but we can assure you, it’s not. Without the right plan in place, experience and good team of colleagues, it can be a dangerous, high risk install. Thankfully we have all of the above…

🏡 HMO Progress. 🏡

After just 4 days, we are completely ripped out. Gas, water and electric capped off and left safe, temporary supplies fitted for the rest of the project 🚀

All trades have passed through this week to get familiar with site and get their procurement In place.

Wait and load Skip on route so we can clear all the rubbish out the front, ready for the weekend and keep the neighbours happy by not leaving an ugly mess out for them to look at all weekend 🤝
