Sharing Return To Earth Womanifest - Empowerment & Wellbeing Festival Cheshire! 🌿👣

It was a delight to share a Return To Earth session in the most glorious setting this weekend 🌞

The caterpillars crawled around us, butterflies fluttered, bird of prey circled and a much needed cooling breeze soothed us from the lake 🙏🏼

One participant shared “I never have time to relax” offering this space to relax whilst regulating with the energy of the earth, restoring energy, reconnecting with nature and restoring with the therapeutic benefits of nature is an absolute joy to hold.

Still on holiday mode I took few photos from the weekend so an extra special thank you to .uk for capturing these snaps of the session, it was a joy to share the weekend with you (as always) too 😘

A gorgeous weekend to take time for myself, catch up with friends and fellow facilitators and make new, aligned connections I’m excited to connect with more 💚

Next 2 Social Stoll Dates 🌼

I themed this year's social strolls by the flowers in seasons so for July and September we'll be off to explore lavender and heather.

So far this year we've been on adventures with snowdrops, daffodils and bluebells.

I love these strolls, beautiful beings join from my community - coming together to get outdoors, meet new people and take quiet moments to themselves.

I've been running these for a few years now, in the summer they are held in the evenings so we can make the most of the lighter nights.

Bring a thermos or cool drink as we'll find a spot to sit together for a brew.

The call to the land 🌿

As spring moved toward summer the physical draw I felt to be with the land grew stronger 🧲

I just wanted to be out on the earth 👣

Spring was unusually cold here & it felt like summer would never come! I daydreamed of days & nights at The Dell. The beautiful nature haven where I hold gatherings & 1:1 space.

A land I’ve been connected with for 6+ years 🙏🏼

It has a peaceful energy, a sense of healing in the air - gentle yet strong, with a presence that feels ancient.

Then last week, a warm window arrived. I grabbed my stuff & headed out 🎒

When I arrived I noticed a bees nest 🐝 Awesome I thought - I’d been wondering how to deepen my connection with the bees & there they were. A message felt clear: you silly human, if you want to connect deeper just spend time with us. We are your teacher!

The Bees are woven into Egyptian & Celtic tradition - there is so much wisdom here.

After a mini panic, a call with a beekeeper, I settled into 4 magical days & 3 nights on the land with Skye my 2.5yr old Border Collie.

We slowed to nature’s pace, tended the plants, spent time with the trees. Skye settled more each day. The nights were alive - the wind 💨 , a frog circled 🐸 , a bird flew in 🦅!

And so was I - alive! This is what feels so right - being on & with the land, life simplified.

And the bees buzzed happily. We meditated together. 💚💚💚

Fingers crossed for a warm dry summer because this is where I’ll be & I’d love to welcome you in too.
