They’re working to provide more support towards people battling with their mental health in the arts sector!❤️ it’s time that people in the arts switched their focus from the performance and onto themselves❤️
The world is a tough place and living in your head can be even harder.

I spend so much time on the comfortable side of the camera; where the control is, where the instant shot is.
It’s rare that I get to experience the vulnerability that comes with standing in front of a lens and trusting the person behind it, trusting that they’re capturing you creatively and honestly.
On my birthday I asked to take pictures of me at my favourite beach, to experience what it was like freezing your t**s off for a creative vision. What it’s like to truly trust the photographer, to be yourself and try not to worry about whether being yourself looks good, looks creative- but be yourself and trust that that is captured and know that that is enough!
It helped confirm my love for photography, the buzz I get from translating a creative idea into a vision, the people I get to meet and the personalities I get to capture! It was a scary, but worthwhile experience, one I recommend to all photographers- Jade⚡️🌊⚡️🌊
