I contacted Mike as our front door lock wasn’t working properly, I explained what the problem was and that it wasn’t urgent. He came within two working days, identified the problem, rectified it, plus adjusted the hinges that had loosened making the door dip. Mike is a knowledgeable, practical and competent locksmith and a really nice guy. I highly recommend him.
