How my client has changed her lifestyle & regained her confidence in just 6 weeks 👇🏼

When Cece came to me she was unhappy, unconfident with how she looked.

Cece had no clue about what to eat or how to train but knew she wanted to change.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of trying to lose weight, to improve body confidence for months but getting nowhere.

She had never even been to the gym before starting with me.

And in just 6 weeks of working together, Cece has achieve a massive loss of 6kg!

This is a huge achievement. We just getting started.
