Dating can sometimes SUCK!

But it's interesting what you can find out about someone when you start dating through right

Can you imagine my face when I found out my OH liked juggling

And not very well 😬

Watching him trying to do his juggling thing and I'm thinking - should I walk out now, clap, look surprised

I was honest and told him he sucked softened by a kiss on the cheek! πŸ˜„

So it pains me you see when I see you trying to juggle EVERYTHING going

Trying to respond to new therapy enquiries, rescheduling clients, getting on top of your endless paperwork, chasing payments, finding the time to upskill ......

ALL ... on top of your full day of therapy clients and the emotional toll of that.

Beautiful one, you need to be present for your clients.

So that they know they are getting 100% of you when they come in for their sessions.

Hi πŸ‘‹πŸΎπŸ˜„

I take the time to truly listen and find out what you need and want in your practice first.

I'm not just listening to what you say, but also what you are not saying including body language as well.

Then I support you to map out a strategy that we can start working on to streamlining your practice. And then I go to work.

Because that's my jam, my shizzle, 100%

So, if you are ready to have that support in your practice DM me the word JUGGLE and we can have a chat.

Or if you want to get straight to it, my Schools Out programme is still in play for July and August at Β£997 (split payments available).

Did you find out anything about your current partner during the dating phase that made you REALLY think whether it was going to work? πŸ˜ƒ

Do the JUGGLE ...
β€Œ

You know the one
β€Œ

The school holidays (already here my love!), kids, business, family, the challenge of - β€œI’m bored!!”, clients, work load
β€Œ

And the SPRINT
β€Œ
To get everything or as much as possible done before you even consider taking a break.
β€Œ

But you end up frazzled, frustrated, scared of wasting time, worried about taking a break from the business, slightly paralysed by the fear of keeping the kids entertained.
β€Œ

😬😬Take a BREATH.

β€Œ
Seriously, take a deep breath in and feel your feet on the floor.
β€Œ

Ok beautiful one, I see you, I got you.
β€Œ

With my SCHOOLS OUT programme, you'll get
β€Œ
πŸ‘‰πŸΎ A strategy call where we discuss and plan what needs to be covered so you can take a well deserved break
β€Œ
πŸ‘‰πŸΎ Your email marketing, newsletters and social media will be taken care so you can still stay top of mind with your audience and clients and continue to provide value and service
β€Œ
πŸ‘‰πŸΎ We look at your client communication so they still have a connection with you and you don't feel like you have abandoned them
β€Œ
πŸ‘‰πŸΎ Community management is taken care of so you can actually switch off from the treadmill of social media and go be present with your family while creating beautiful memories.
β€Œ

This is a programme I'm running throughout July and August for Β£997 (split pay available).
β€Œ

So if you're ready to breathe in the joys of summer (now the big yellow ball in the sky has finally put in an appearance! 🌞🌞)
β€Œ

Drop me a DM and we can have a chat πŸ˜ŠπŸ’›

You're fantastic at helping your clients find the right way to do it.

All the time.

I know because within the first few years of building your private practice, you threw yourself whole heartedly into it,

Working hard to establish yourself and what you want from the business.

And now that you’re seeing clients on a regular basis, over time, your clients troubles can start to wear you down.

It’s called compassion fatigue.

Slowly feeling like you have no more empathy left to give.

Coming from identifying with your clients that are experiencing emotional trauma and turmoil.

Pay attention to your own emotional state and take your own advice.

It’s important that now and again you take some time off to spend some quiet time just for you, however this may look like for you.

If you find it useful as an emotional balance, find your own therapist.

This is important not just for you, but for your clients as well.

Because you deserve to have some downtime and you'll be amazed at the benefit of what taking a break just for you can give.

You will become a far more effective therapist, listener and human when you pay attention to this.

Schools out for summer …..

4 words that for makes the hearts of some female business owners up and down the country beat that little bit faster

Is it excitement that they get to spend long hot summer days and warm nights with their kids and family

Or is it dread as the worry sets in of

πŸ‘‰πŸΎHow to keep the kids occupied over the summer
πŸ‘‰πŸΎHow to manage your practice alongside those activities
πŸ‘‰πŸΎDo you take time off for yourself and the family
πŸ‘‰πŸΎOr do you have to work during the holidays (and then feel guilty because you’re not spending time with the kids and family)

I’ve been there, I hear you and as a single parent it was trying to balance everything – work, kids, demands of family, life – and I was at the bottom of the pile

And when I say bottom, I mean the bottom of the bottom of the pile! πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

So, if you want to make sure things are ticking over easily for you,

For July and August only, I welcome you to the oasis of my Schools Out programme

We get together on a call and work through the strategy of what you need managed in your practice (including your newsletters, customer communication, community management) so that you CAN take some much needed time off over the summer and actually relax.

Book in before the 10 July at Β£997 (split payments available) and if you pay in full, you get 5 free social media posts written for you!

This is usually a 3 month minimum term programme and there are 2 spaces available.

DM me to book a call and get started.
