Do you need more laughter in your life? When was the last time you laughed so much your belly ached? And do you remember how good you felt afterwards?
Sept 14th is the day for the BBC to embrace laughter! Interviews with UK laughter leaders on BBC Breakfast tomorrow morning talking about laughter therapy and the benefits of laughter, on BBC Radio Cumbria at 7.40ish pm and Radio Newcastle at 9.45ish pm to talk about the benefits of laughter and BBC Radio Sheffield at 8:30ish pm also to talk about the benefits of laughter. Also on BBC Radio Kent about 8.40am!
