I’m really happy to be teaching a Spring Yin Yoga Workshop at the Bodhicharya UK Buddhist Centre in Rochester next month 😊

The workshop will bring together gentle movement, yin yoga postures and mindfulness practice with teachings about how to cultivate balance as we move into the new season of Spring.

It will be lovely to share this workshop over the Spring Equinox weekend and in such a beautiful, peaceful space.
