Our Story

I am a Sports Therapist, Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist plus a Kinesio Taping Ambassador.

Running two clinics, one in Maidstone and one in Medway, I am extremely passionate about what I do and firmly believe with any injury or dysfunction, to gain optimum recovery its important to find and treating the cause, not just treat the symptoms!

I offer a wide range of treatments ranging from postural analysis, injury assessment and rehabilitation along with hands on skills such as Sports Massage, Sports Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Electrotherapy, Medical Acupuncture and of course Kinesio taping.

I am proud to have worked as lead Sports Therapist to the Invicta Dynamos Ice Hockey Team and I have also previously worked as part of the medical team to Charlton Athletic FC.
