Continuity Training Academy

We were delighted to recently welcome students from Valley Park School to CTA’s training centre in Maidstone.

The programme included a series of interactive sessions covering key topics in social care, alongside practical activities that encouraged students to explore real-life aspects of the role, including medication administration and moving and handling. 🤝📚

By combining learning with hands-on experiences, the programme helped students gain a better understanding of the skills, responsibilities, and rewarding career pathways available in social care.

It was fantastic to receive such positive feedback and to give young people an insight into the rewarding opportunities that a career in social care can offer 🌱✨.
