Really and truly I’m actually gutted about Bailly.

I thought ETH would come in and at least attempt to iron out some of his defensive creases - I can only hope that Bailly was adamant he wanted to leave.

I’ve always been a big fan of his, and despite his ‘glass knees’ I just feel like all he needed was a good run in the side. For me he really does have all of the characteristics needed for defending in the Premier league, but for all of they good stuff, people really know him for his rashness.

That’s amazing to me because I think rash is literally Maguire’s middle name, so much of his actions on the pitch (and maybe off it) have been ridiculous - but there we go.

It’s only on loan, but all the best for Marseille Eric - show everyone what we all know you can do 🇨🇮🐘
