We spent last week speaking to female business owners across some of our favourite independent spots across the city, from the brand new to the legitimately institutional. From Jess, founder of recycled tentwear business @j.o.studioo in Cheetham Hill, to Beth at craft beer and cocktail bar @praytellmcr in Sale, via the inimitable ladies of @rustica_nq_limited sandwich shop, it was a privilege to spend time in such inspiring company. We’ll be sharing more about each of these three businesses throughout the rest of Women’s History Month.
