National fitness day 2022 is here‼️

A reflective post for me to see what has happened in my fitness journey over the last year.

🔵Trying new programming and working to new goals with Olympic lifting at
🟣Using new modalities of training with
🔵Heading to new expos and experiences such as with
🟣Graduation for my MSc in Strength and conditioning
🔵Getting married to my amazing wife and being able to share our passion for fitness (even on our wedding holiday)
🟣Continuing the education journey across different modalities and meeting so many amazing people
🔵Getting a few sneaky rounds of golf in along the way 👌🏻

Here’s to another year of working in this amazing industry which I am lucky to say is both a passion and my career and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
