CHICKEN STUFFED CRESCENT ROLLS
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or finely chopped)
1 can (8 pieces) refrigerated crescent roll dough or use homemade puff pastry
¼ cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
¼ cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1–2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley (optional)

Ingredients
For the Muffins
1 ¾ cups (220g) all-purpose flour
½ cup (45g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup (200g) sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt

Super Moist Lemon Pound Cake is such a great combination of rich and refreshing!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks, 226g) unsalted butter, softened
1 1/4 cups (250g) granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons lemon zest (about 2 lemons)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup (120ml) buttermilk (or whole milk)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
