We always advise the people we work with to have a contingency budget in place, as every job always seems to have unexpected costs!

A contingency budget is *money set aside as an insurance policy against those unexpected costs*, should you need it. If it's not needed and the project came in on budget, then happy days, you have money to spare! 🥂🤗

A BS5839 Grade A LD2 Fire Alarm System are usually requested in buildings of 3 storeys and over in size. ⏰🔥

The fire alarm system requires a main fire alarm control panel to monitor and control the devices in the system which is installed to the requirements of BS5839 part 1.

The positioning of the alarm devices in all circulation spaces that form part of escape routes and rooms or areas that present a high fire risk. ☑️
