💔 Today rescue girls Poppy & Minnie went to the vets.
Many of you will remember these are the two girls who came to us after spending 6 months in kennels under a court protection order… scared, neglected, and with nothing but each other.
Thanks to their amazing foster mum, they are finally learning what love and safety feel like. Minnie has gained a little weight, although she is still very underweight. Sadly, Poppy’s breathing has become a real concern.
Today we received the news we feared… Poppy urgently needs full BOAS surgery costing £1019. 😢
We haven’t done much fundraising recently due to personal commitments, but right now we truly need your help.
If every person in this group donated just £1, we could change Poppy’s life together. Even setting up a small £1 monthly standing order could make such a huge difference to the pugs we rescue.

Meet Jax, a 1-year-old Pug 💙 A sweet, loving boy who’s settled in well and just needs the right home to help him thrive.
Jax is still young, so he’ll need ongoing training and guidance. He’s eager to learn and improving every day, but will need time, patience, and consistency. He can get overexcited around other dogs and may pull on the lead, but he responds well with calm handling.
🏡 Best suited to:
• No small children
• No cats
• A committed owner ready to continue his training
