We ran the numbers at £110k, so to get what we initially thought it should be, at £120k is a top result and leaves £10k of our own funds in the deal 🫡

Bought below market value due to Landlords needing a quick cash sale

Documents to be finalised with the solicitor then money pulled out and straight back out to pay our investor their original amount of £70k and a nice £5600 slice of interest - not bad for signing a couple of documents 💰💰
