Postinor mainly works by delaying or preventing ovulation. If you’ve already ovulated, it may not work as expected.

The sooner you take emergency contraception after unprotected s*x, the better. And if your BMI is over 26 or you weigh more than 70 kg, please speak to a pharmacist or healthcare professional, as a different dose or option may be recommended.
