This paper expands the scope of Signal Integrity (SI) engineering to include RF-stage effects in wireless systems like Bluetooth and ZigBee. It identifies how electromagnetic artifacts from RF stages can degrade SI and presents ADS™-based simulation results on TR-switch performance in CMOS-VLSI Bluetooth circuits. A more holistic SI framework is proposed to address both baseband and RF impairments.

This study presents a hybrid control approach that integrates Lyapunov-based stability with Discrete Time Sliding Mode Control (DTSMC) to enhance speed tracking and system resilience in electric motors. By combining Lyapunov theory with robust sliding mode techniques, the strategy ensures stability, disturbance rejection, and superior performance under varying load conditions and uncertainties.
