Starting my thirties in this beautiful place! 😍 What a lovely evening tonight with my special one with a 5 course meal! It’s been a wonderful few days so far and looking forward to the rest of the holiday 🇬🇷❤️
So happy I reached my goal of 150kg deadlift for 2 reps eventhough it was a real struggle 😂😅 always keep going and never give up! Thankyou to for giving me all the encouragement to lift this!! 💪🤩

🎉🎉EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT🎉🎉
So it’s an end of an era for me at and I’m absolutely over the moon to announce that I am appointed as the new assistant general manager at as from Monday 31st January! It’s been a journey since becoming a personal trainer nearly 8 years ago and I’ve learnt from so many other personal trainers, managers, clients and members of The Gym Group! I cannot wait for what’s to come next! I am so thankful to friends, colleagues, clients, managers that have supported me and helped me throughout the past few years in my development and honestly can’t thank you enough ❤️ New year, a new challenge for me and I’m really excited to start this new journey! Let’s do this! 🤩🤩🤩

2021 you weren’t so bad after all!
I have soooo many wonderful memories this year too many to choose 😂 To those who have supported me, encouraged me through this challenging year and just being your amazing selves, you know who you are ❤️ Here is just a few but there too many!!
