We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take ownership of client accounts, develop high-performing content strategies, and drive measurable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
* Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives.
* Create compelling captions, content ideas, and video scripts.
* Plan and execute content strategies that increase organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
* Monitor industry trends and identify new content opportunities.
* Build and engage online communities by responding to comments and messages where required.
* Collaborate closely with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
* Track performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
* Continuously optimize content strategies based on analytics and platform trends.

Requirements

* 3+ years of professional experience in Social Media Management.
* Proven experience managing multiple client accounts.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns.
* Excellent copywriting and video scripting skills.
* Experience working with local businesses, service-based companies, and mobile app marketing.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok algorithms.
* Ability to create content strategies that drive organic growth and audience engagement.
* Experience analyzing social media insights and optimizing content accordingly.
* Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

* Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Metricool, Later, or similar platforms.
* Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
* Experience collaborating with designers and video editors.
