We are proud to announce that HFL Building Solutions Group has been successfully awarded the renewal of the Mechanical & Electrical service contract at Lowry, Salford Quays, for a further five years.
Andrew Logie - Head of Facilities Management at Lowry said:
"Lowry is pleased to announce the signing of a new maintenance contract with HFL Building Solutions marking the continuation of a long-standing relationship that has flourished for well over 19 years. HFL provides a highly skilled engineer to manage the day-to-day PPM along with organising the specialist sub-contractors for reactive and planned services, backed up by 24-hour on-call services to ensure the building runs smoothly."
This renewal marks not only the continuation of a trusted partnership spanning over 19 years, but also coincides with a special milestone, Lowry’s 25th anniversary. An iconic Millennium building and cultural hub, Lowry remains a cornerstone of the Salford Quays skyline, and we’re honoured to play a role in keeping it running smoothly.
