After a lot of thinking, me Kai R. Lingard and Odin Seedhouse have decided to take the band in a new direction.

The project was previously called D.N.R, but we’re officially rebranding as Rotspawn. Along with the name change, we’re also shifting the sound. We’re stepping away from being mainly hardcore and moving more into slam, because that’s what we both genuinely enjoy and feel strongest writing.

That said, we’re not abandoning everything — there’ll still be hardcore elements in the songs, and we’ll be throwing in some brutal death metal as well. At its core though, Rotspawn is sticking to slam. Heavier, filthier, slower, nastier.
