A few of our fans leaving the shop floor this week have had a little Easter surprise tucked inside 🐣🍫

Just a small way to spread some spring cheer, and what better excuse for a bit of chocolate?

We hope everyone has a great long weekend.

RHF Fans will be closed from 5 pm today and will reopen at 8:30 am on 7th April.

It has been a busy week moving through the factory at RHF Fans.

We currently have just under 100 of our direct drive (4V) centrifugal fans in production, all manufactured in full 316 stainless steel and scheduled for despatch over the coming weeks.

Alongside these, several cased axial fans are also prepared and ready to be shipped to one of our clients.

Great to see the factory floor full and another batch of high-quality fans making their way out to customers soon 🚛

Another unit ready for dispatch 🚛

This galvanised steel bifurcated axial fan features an aluminium impeller and is fitted with a 1250 size casing and 22kW 4-pole motor. Designed to deliver 16 m³/s at 500 Pa, it is suitable for airstream temperatures up to 200°C.

The photo was taken during its final run test prior to leaving our factory ✔️ It will soon be installed as part of a kitchen extract system for a hotel in London.

Every fan is fully tested before it leaves us, ensuring safety and reliability on site.

Industrial fans might not be the first thing you think of when it comes to kitchen extraction, but look up on the roofs of hotels, fast-food chains and restaurants across the UK and you’ll find plenty of ours quietly getting on with the job.

These direct drive centrifugal fans are all installed for industrial kitchen extraction, built to handle heat, grease and demanding, continuous operation.

Out of sight, but essential to keeping commercial kitchens safe and compliant.

A fan’s true cost isn’t the purchase price. It’s how it performs over the next 10–20 years.

The fans pictured here are for a glass manufacturing plant in Germany, where reliability and long-term performance really matter.

Energy efficiency, wear, downtime, maintenance access, and build quality all play a role. Designing for longevity means fewer surprises, lower running costs, and equipment you can rely on year after year.

Long-term performance = consistent maintenance + quality build.

Taken by our in-house photographer (aka 📸) during one of his regular factory floor walk arounds.

These photos capture the people behind the build. The skills, care, and experience that go into every fan. It’s the small things, done well and done consistently, that add up to long-term reliability.

When we asked for a video to encourage donations for this year’s RHF Christmas fundraising… we definitely didn’t expect this! 🎄

We’re collecting for the and Cadishead Foodbank, and if you’re popping by RHF Fans over the next few weeks, we’d be so grateful for any donations you can spare.

Every little helps and it makes a huge difference to families in our local community this Christmas.

Thank you! ❤️
