When ever you are feeling anxious, stressed or out of balance use the Solar Plexus Reflex Points on both your hands (Right Hand First, then Left Hand).
Pressing the reflex point firmly, holding the press whilst focusing on some deep full breathing (minimum of 3 presses per hand, until you are feeling more centred & calm).
