Preseason is officially in full swing for our senior and academy teams 🔥🔥 so we wanted to give you a quick reminder on dates for your diaries 📆

There is still plenty of time left to join us either at the gym Energy-m Fitness or out on the pitch as we move into more rugby based training 🏉

Our Academy team is open to all girls aged 16-18 regardless of experience or ability and there is no cost involved in joining us for preseason 🤩

Our senior squad is open to all those age 18+. Our first team play at NC1 level, and we also have social rugby available this season for the first time so whatever you experience level, we have something for everyone 👯‍♀️

🏉 What’s On This Week at Melksham RFC 🏉

Pre-season really kicks into gear this week after the heatwave and an amazing weekend at the Wiltshire Throwback Festival - WTF26 We hope everyone from the club who went had a fantastic time.

This week sees our Fawns return to training on Wednesday 1st July as they begin preparations for what promises to be a big season. Girls aged 10–16 are all welcome, whether you’re new to rugby or have played before. Training runs from 6:00pm–7:30pm.

On Thursday 2nd July, our Bucks are back in action, with our U15s and U16s continuing to build momentum ahead of the new season. Training is from 6:00pm–7:30pm.

Also on Thursday, our U11 Boys and U10 Mixed Rugby teams train from 6:00pm–7:00pm, continuing their preparations for the season ahead.

On Sunday 5th July, our U9s are back on the pitch from 10:00am–11:30am, continuing their excellent progress as they develop their tackling skills.

Come and join the Melksham RFC family – everyone is welcome, whatever your age, ability or experience!

There are also plenty of opportunities for parents and adults to get involved, with walking rugby, Mixed Ability Rugby, Touch Rugby, Women’s Rugby and Senior Men’s Rugby all starting very soon.
