My team know I'm twitching if we don't respond in 24 minutes! 🙈
If an agent is not coming back to you in a timely manner, are they overloaded??
Chasing volume of properties so they look good rather than concentrating on selling the homes they have got!
OR trying to do everything themselves with very few staff or none at all?
Something I realised very quickly was that the biggest complaint about estate agents was lack of contact!
This is a huge focus of Whitfields! If I feel we are getting overloaded, we add another staff member. Or, we slow down on the number of properties we take on.
Sensible decisions which benefit our clients NOT our bosses or our EGO. 😜
