Emily our ALNCo has been at Heol Goffa delivering a sessions on communication, confidence and work skills.
The sessions explore the importance of confidence building and effective communication, including body language, active listening and using the telephone to gather information about job opportunities.
These skills are not only valuable in the workplace but also in everyday life.
It’s always fantastic to see learners engaging with practical activities that help build confidence, independence and readiness for future opportunities.

We’re pleased to welcome Morgan Price and Terry Mills as speakers at INCLUDE on 3rd June.
Morgan will be sharing insight into the support available across Wales through Disability Services, helping organisations better understand what’s out there and how to access it.
Terry brings both lived experience and a background in business to champion the benefits of recruiting and retaining disabled staff, offering a powerful perspective on inclusive workplaces.
