Hey Everyone 👋🏻

We hope everyone has settled in well at university and at clinical placement if you’re in 2nd year, we welcome you to our Teesside Radiography Society Page!

This year, we have decided to rebrand the society and have so many exciting plans lined up. On this page, you will find event details, updates and information related to the field of general radiography and medical imaging.

I’ve attached our upcoming events, at the moment, we are still in the planning stage and trying to organise the Radiography Ball for next summer, (if you haven’t completed the survey that was sent by our lecturer Paul, please do so as soon as you can!). More events will be added here in the future.

Upcoming Events:

Event 1: HEALTH SOCIETY FAIR

Date: 27th of Oct 2022

Time: 11AM– 2PM

Location: Centuria Foyer

Description: This event is open to any students who is interested in joining a health-related society, there will be other stalls such as the midwifery, dental, paramedic and chiropractic society. We’ll be there to answer any of your questions and talk to you about our academic society for those who are interested in the field of medical imaging.


Event 2: WELCOME EVENT

Date: 8th of Nov 2022

Time: 5PM - 7PM

Location: The Teesside Student Union – Main Studio

Description: This event will be a general Q&A about our society and the opportunity to ask us questions about the course itself as well as socialising with other society members. Funnily enough, this events takes places on WORLD RADIOGRAPHY DAY!
