🥋 MSK Inter-Club Competition – This Sunday! 🥋

The countdown is on! We can’t wait to welcome everyone to the MSK Inter-Club Competition on Sunday 12th July at Holmwood School, Middlesbrough.

🕘 Registration: 8:45am
🥋 Competition Starts: 9:00am sharp

This event is all about grassroots karate—giving students of all ages and abilities the opportunity to gain competition experience, build confidence, make new friends and, most importantly, enjoy their karate.

On the Day

🥋 Kata & Kumite competitions
🎟️ Spectator Entry (16+): £2
🚗 On-site parking available
🪑 Limited seating – please bring a fold-up chair if possible
🥤 Drinks bottles must have secure lids

🥊 Kumite Equipment

Competitors under 14 are encouraged to wear:
✅ Head Guard
✅ External Chest Protector

👨‍🏫 Coaches & Volunteers – Dress Code

To help maintain a professional, safe and well-organised event, we kindly ask all designated coaches and volunteers to wear their club tracksuit or official club clothing wherever possible.

This helps:
• 🥋 Competitors easily identify their coach
• 👨‍👩‍👧 Parents know who to approach for assistance
• 🛡️ Support safeguarding by making responsible adults easily recognisable
• 🤝 Present a professional image for all participating clubs
