To Celebrate Internation Women's Day, Recovery Connections is hosting a welcoming day of wellbeing and creativity. Everyone is invited to come together, relax, enjoy lunch and celebrate women in recovery.

Grangetown Community Hub, 26th March, 10am-2pm.

💜 Grief Workshop – You Don’t Have to Go Through It Alone 💜

Grief can feel isolating, confusing, and overwhelming — especially in a world that often doesn’t know how to talk about loss. Our upcoming Grief Workshop, ran by Borderlands Creative People & Places, offers a gentle, supportive space to pause, connect, and share with others who understand.

Led by experienced grief facilitator Emma Conally-Barklem, these sessions blend open conversation, journalling, and creative expression.

Together, we’ll explore:
✨ How grief is viewed in society
✨ Common myths and taboos around loss
✨ Healthier, more compassionate ways to live with grief

Whether your loss is recent or from years ago, 💜 whatever your experience of loss, you’ll be met with understanding and compassion.
