We are currently seeking a Crane Technician to join our experienced Crane Maintenance & Servicing team in Middlesbrough.

As a Crane Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring cranes and lifting systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will use your technical expertise to carry out maintenance, servicing, fault finding, repairs, and statutory inspections in full compliance with L.O.L.E.R. and P.U.W.E.R. regulations. Your work will directly support our clients by minimising downtime, extending equipment lifespan, and maintaining the highest safety standards.

Based in Middlesbrough, you will support crane operations both locally and across the UK as part of a dedicated and professional engineering team delivering fast, dependable service.

Our team recently supplied, installed, and commissioned a Free Standing Cantilever I-Beam Jib Crane with electric chain hoist, designed to handle a 500kg safe working load with a 290° slewing range.

The project required a reinforced base plate and specialist anchor fixings to integrate with the existing concrete floor — ensuring strength, stability, and long-term reliability.
