Student-Led Dinner Raises Incredible Funds for Zoe's Place Baby Hospice Middlesbrough! 💙

Our Level 3 Catering students recently hosted a special dinner service in the Waterside Brasserie as part of their final synoptic assessment.

From creating the menu and preparing the dishes to serving guests, the event was completely student-led. This allowed the students to showcase their skills and gain valuable feedback ahead of their final assessment.

Thanks to ticket sales, a raffle, generous donations from guests - our students raised money for Zoe's Place. This totalled to an incredible £417, which nearly covers the cost of running the hospice for an entire day.

Well done to our students for their hard work and dedication in support of a fantastic cause.
