Do you have a valid HGV Class 1 entitlement with ADR Certifications and professional driving experience?

This is a temporary, ad hoc position based in Sedgefield.

You will be required to ensure deliveries are made to the customer with a high level of customer service as standard, work in a safe, compliant, and professional manner in line with the client’s operational planning.

The role involves the delivery and collection of palletised goods around the North East using a curtain sided body, tail lift and pump truck.

Some pallets will be hazardous goods so an ADR is required.

This can be a physically demanding role.

The ideal candidate must:

Hold Cat CE driving licence
Hold in-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Current ADR certification
Understand and adhere to drivers’ hours legislation and tachographs

Van Driver Hire Teesside

Pay and Hours-

Shifts are available on a 4 On- 4 OFF basis between Monday-Sunday, Days - Nights rotating Shifts.
Shifts start when required.
£12 advance PAYE + shift bonus.
Minimum 8 hours paid, Over time flexibility required.

Requirements for the successful van driver-

Category ‘B’ entitlement on your UK Driving Licence.
Recent commercial van driving experience MUST.
No more than 3 points on your license.
