We’ve adopted the new BIFA Standard Trading Conditions (2025 Edition) which came into place at the start of this year!

✅ Clearer Compliance Guidance – Customers now have defined obligations for customs codes, valuations, and sanctions compliance, reducing risk of delays or penalties.
✅ Postponed VAT Accounting Support – Customers can benefit from clearer rules and assistance with this regime.
✅ Dangerous Goods Responsibilities – Clear obligations help customers avoid costly mistakes and ensure safe handling.
✅ Improved Transparency on Storage & Disposal – Clear notice periods and rules help prevent unexpected costs.
✅ Unified UK Jurisdiction – One set of terms for the whole UK simplifies contracts and reduces confusion.
✅ Extended Time for Claims in Certain Cases – If customers couldn’t meet the 9-month deadline due to lack of knowledge, they get an extra 6 months.
These changes mean smoother operations and better protection for everyone involved.
