ELC Ltd is a social purpose company that delivers highly respected Diversity training and support around the UK . We have successfully delivered to over 4k young people via NCS and also bring real awareness to the public and private sector .

Our founder, Ellie Lowther was a finalist in the 2019 National Diversity Awards in the Positive Role Model category and has worked extensively in many areas of life, ranging from delivering to GP's and nurses , Police and other public bodies though also working as the Trans & Diversity Support and consultancy specialist with DTV/CRC Enhanced Through the Gate. Our award winning Disability Lead, Liam Twizell is one of the most inspirational young men that we have met. We are blessed to have this remarkable mans expertise.

This company was set up to help remove the eggshell feelings that some have when facilitating gender variance though we also offer high quality Disability Awareness and consultancy. Our aim is to have community champions from all protected characteristics involved with developing and delivering our services so please feel free to reach out .

We may be known best for our Trans awareness work though our social purpose is to give a voice to those who aren't being heard . bringing real awareness via education to help everyone feel included.
