Suitable from birth to a year old - classes kept small and friendly with the empasis on you getting to know your baby and other new parents.

Babies will cry - that is fine
Breast feeding or Bottle feeding? As long as you and your baby are happy, then that is fine! both are totally accepted.
If you feel more comfortable bringing your partner/family member or a friend along that is fine :-)
