Sunday Talks

Group is not on tonight as I’m off to hospital again. Back on 28th 🫶🏻

Hi everyone just to update group will unfortunately be cancelled this week and off next week due to birthdays and personal priorities. If anyone needs any support from now until then please feel free to reach out and we will be back on the 28th of June for a fluid art class.🫶🏻

I have just done a story explaining the new drop in sessions that may happen fortnightly for Sunday Talks

As I have recently announced, I will be now running Sunday Talks fortnightly from five until 8 pm which will be our normal sessions with activities , arts and prompts.

I will be doing this until I get my surgery as I’m struggling with my mobility more and more

But I have decided on the weeks off of Sunday Talks I will be holding drop-in sessions for an hour instead of three hours where people can come in if they need to talk I’ll get any advice or need to just be heard. There will be no organised activities at these pop in sessions just me and whoever turns up that week but I thought I would offer this on the weekends where I can manage but limit myself to an hour these will be updated weekly depending on my physical health but at least this way I can still try and give back to the community weekly as it’s something I struggle to put down😂

Join us this week for our first pop in session 14th of June 5 pm until 6 pm at the Whale Hill Community Centre 🥰

Our lovely volunteers, peers and group members, have created this fabulous ‘Positivity Tree’. They have come together to share special messages and wrote some lovely poems. 😀
