🤩SCENE SLAM FINAL JUDGE🤩

Last but not least our Scene Slam Final Judge, the wonderful Elijah!
You will all know this gorgeous actor as Stewart from Smoggie Queens!

Elijah is an actor and writer based in the North East. He has worked with many companies/theatres in the region as both a performer and a playwright. As an associate artist at Live Theatre his play The Cold Buffet was commissioned for the 50th Anniversary in 2023 and was published by Methuen Drama. He is most known for his role as Stewart in the hit BBC sitcom Smoggie Queens. He is currently in preproduction for his upcoming comedy short Sarnies commissioned by the BBC which he has both written and will star in.

🤩SCENE SLAM FINAL JUDGE🤩

Meet our first Scene Slam Final Judge - The Wonderful Rachel!
Rachel will also be interviewing the winners after the final of the scene slam for her BBC Radio Tees show - How FABULOUS!

Rachel is an actress, presenter and voice artist from Teesside whose career spans television, film, radio and audio drama. She is currently recording a new series for Toni Box, bringing the character of the monster Eyeball to life, while continuing her work as a presenter for BBC Radio Tees.

On screen, Rachel is perhaps best known for her recurring role as Kara Waterman in the CBBC series Wolfblood, alongside appearances in Vera, Hollyoaks, Boy Meets Girl, Father Brown, Dumping Ground and Inspector George Gently. Alongside her acting career, Rachel is an experienced broadcaster and producer with BBC Radio Tees and is known for her warm, engaging presence behind the microphone. Voice campaigns include Greggs, Asda, Best Western, Grand Central, Warmseal, Elephant in the Room and more. Proud of her Middlesbrough roots, she is passionate about championing regional voices and encouraging the next generation of creative talent.
