Check out these courses from Health in Mind. They are open to Edinburgh residents aged 18+ who are looking for support with their wellbeing and mental health. There are a range of upcoming online and in person 4-week, 5-week, 6-week and 7-week long courses, all free of charge, including ‘Decider Skills’, ‘Emotional Regulation’, ‘Stress Management’, ‘Anxiety Management’ , ‘Wellbeing Toolkit’ and ‘Keep Yourself Well’ courses.

Please note that the courses are not suited for those who are accessing or in need of crisis support.

The service is not considered to be a pathways service to further support.

We encourage active participation so that people get the most out of their attendance. Therefore, our courses are suitable for people who can reflectively engage in a group learning environment
