Last month we started working with the team at and in Perthshire and Dundee. Luke and Pete, who lead our operations teams, headed up to the farm, to talk about what Ballintaggart is all about, and how provenance of ingredients sit at the core of what we both do.

A Day in Edinburgh with Our Customers

From our beginnings on the top floor of a biscuit factory in Leith, supplying just four customers, to our new(ish) home in Musselburgh, we’ve proudly delivered across Edinburgh seven days a week for the past nine years.

Over that time, we’ve built a fantastic network of customers throughout Scotland, including restaurants, hotels, cafés, event caterers, and independent shops, all of whom help make Scottish food scene the warm and creative place that it is today.

Over the coming months, we’ll be introducing you to some of the people, businesses, and producers that make the community and network we call home. And where better to start than the city where our journey began: Edinburgh.
