‭Deuteronomy 8:17-18 NIV‬
[17] You may say to yourself, “My power and the strength of my hands have produced this wealth for me.” [18] But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today.

In His Image So God created human beings in His own image.In the image of God He created them male & female He created them.(Genesis 1:27) We all have a deep need to know who we are.Every person is driven to find meaning identity & purpose for their lives.That’s why the story of creation is fundamentally important to our faith.It tells us why we are here & who we take after.We were created to know God and we were made in His image.This gives us value.It gives our desires to create & inspire meaning. The story of the world matters because it tells you who you were made to be.Psalm 139:14 I praise you for I am fearfully & wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works my soul knows it very well.Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed you in the womb I knew you & before you were born I consecrated you I appointed you a prophet to the nations.Ephesians 2:10 For we are His workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
