🌿 The Life Skills Café launches on Monday 13th July! 🌿

We're excited to announce the launch of a brand-new community service at the Pavilion Community Hub and Café.

The Life Skills Café will run every Monday from 10.00am to 2.00pm and is completely free to attend.

The café has been created to provide practical advice, guidance and wellbeing support for local people experiencing hardship or facing challenges that affect their health, confidence, independence and quality of life.

Working alongside a growing network of partner organisations, we'll be offering support in areas such as:

💙 Money management and budgeting
💙 Healthy living and physical wellbeing
💙 Cooking skills and eating well on a budget
💙 Mental health and emotional wellbeing

Our aim is simple: to create a welcoming, friendly and non-judgemental space where people can find practical help, build resilience and connect with others before problems reach crisis point.
