After an incredible journey, I want to share some bittersweet news, we have officially sold Luna Rossa and moving on to a new chapter. This decision wasn’t easy , as this restaurant has been more than just a business;it’s been a home filled with unforgettable memories , shared meals, and the warmth of a wonderful community.
I want to sincerely thank each and everyone of you for your support over 13 fantastic years. Whether you have been a regular or just stopped in once , you have been part of something truly special. Your smiles , conversations, and loyalty have meant the world to me and to the entire team.
A special thanks goes the doubters and haters .Your skepticism , passionate critics, dramatic reviews and unsolicited gourmet expertise have made us stronger and fuelled our drive and desire to succeed. Despite your best efforts, we sold out again, so thank you once again for the free publicity .
The journey was incredible and we are proud of what we’ve built .
While we are stepping away , I am excited for what’s ahead for myself and the future of Luna Rossa under his new ownership. I have no doubt they will continue to serve you with the same passion and dedication.
This isn’t goodbye but just a new beginning. I hope our paths cross again, maybe back home in Italy in our B&B( I will use this page to soon advertise our new adventure in Umbria ), and until then, thank you for being part of this wonderful journey.
