The best Cheesecakes and Sweet Treats in Notts!

We've been baking! Introducing ! It's cookie, it's stuffed in the middle and it's topped with more cookie! It's a chocolate lovers dream!
So far we have tried Nutella and Bueno stuffed pie with a triple chocolate cookie. Secondly we tried milk and white chocolate cookie stuffed with caramel and white hazelnut and Buenos.
What other combinations could we try!?
